On the 23 of Feb. 2011 at 10:00 am the L.A.C.A. Board held its annual meeting. The primary purpose was to discuss and establish the schedule for the upcoming conference. The meeting was held at the Holidome in Layfette La. Everett Harris and Andy Seltz were absent from this meeting, all other members were present. The meeting was called to order at 10:20 am.

Hilton Cole gave the treasurer report. Chip Fritz made a motion to accept the report and David seconded it and it was approved.

A discussion took place reference the cost to conduct the conference.

It was reminded to the board that the state will not accept any late registrations for C.A.E.T. Also as a reminder the new state law goes into effect in 2013 pertaining to Euthanasia by Injection. Any questions please feel free to contact a board member.

Another discussion took place to update the web site, Wayne again will try to find someone to perform this task.

Henry would like to see registration go online.

Henry also brought up the idea of Agency Membership- more to follow.

L.A.C.A. schedule is as follows:

Aug. 1 2011 -C.A.E.T. may be a one day course this year and the location may changed- it will be posted as soon as possible.

Aug. 2 and 3 2011 - Chemical Capture - possible only half a day in the p.m. if C.A.E.T. is a day and a half.

Aug. 4 2011  L.A.C.A.
